Dark Crusaders looking to hire new staff

I am willing to add staff on a trial basis to see what you have to offer and til we get to know each other. I am also looking for staff who can commit some time in-game and not disappear after a few days on without some kind of notice.
Here is a little about the shard. There are a lot of custom creatures, armor, weps and other systems in place, to include Mercs, Auction, Evo Armor and Weps, Daat99, Cleanup, Starting Gates by profession, Training area, premium spawners and xmlspawners to name a few. The total statcap is 600, 250 each and all skills are available up to 135 with scrolls with fast gains. This is an adult shard with pvp and pvm.
Looking for:
- mature staff
- someone/several with scripting experience to assist us with modifications/fixes currently needed and someone who has some ideas of their own to bring up for consideration.
- someone/several with building experience to assist in builds and deco following the theme that is already in place while adding their own creative twist.
- someone/several with people skills and knowledge of dealing with player issues and pages.
- someone/several with quest setup knowledge and familiar with spawning custom creatures and creating custom dungeons.
The shard is not currently public but I hope to have that changed soon after we have a few more key things in place/fixed.
