Fresh start, brand new shard

I am not so much seeking employees, rather I am seeking peers.
Like many on this forum I am sure; In the past I have attempted to create many shards solo, but ultimately it is hard to keep the motivation going to invest the 00's (if not 000's) of hours required, without even being able to discuss ideas or matters with other people. Therefore I would like to actually start a brand new project with some other people.
Now the elements that I would most like to work on:
[*] The shard should have the Felucca ruleset
[*] The shard will work with a custom map (I have a ton of these, or we could possibly create a brand new one)
[*] The shard will focus on player interaction - although players will have the option to play solo, they will benefit far more by interacting with others.
Other than that, I am leaving myself open so that we can discuss ideas and come up with a final product.
