I need someone to communicate with players when I am not on. I don't really need much more as the shard just started roughly a weeek ago.

First thing is NOT let staff play on the shard that thay staff on . Just not a good thing. Butt if you are ok with that let them gm for some time and get to know them first before you let them play .
