Wolfens Nyte missing from shard list

Hello. Our account is active and a couple of days ago votes got reset. Members voted and as of a couple of days ago we had about 7 votes. Now we are completely missing from the list. Could someone check into this issue, please?

Your shard hasn't responded to polling since Jan 1 at 8pm ET. As soon as it begins to respond again it will show on the list, we will continue to poll.
If your connection info has changed, log into the shard manager from the main site and update this info. We currently have '75.134.22.139' |

Wolfens Nyte is now back and running , what needs to be done to get it relisted and going on shard list , shard has been down for awhile getting reworked and fixed with new core and stuff

k ip is dynamic it didnt relist shard was closed for awhile so need to see about what needs to be done to get it relisted /active on ;list again

sorry bout other post Muse got it relisted but now dam the luck how do I reset My Banner think Im overlooking something somewhere and IO would very much like to Use Our again
 :P

k did all of the above shard is not listed in the old list
 and if any body has a good site to put the banner pic that would be greatly appreaciated or is there away to make a new shard listing so We can use Our banner ???
