hello.

i am currently facing 2 problems.
i registered and added my shard (alasiya) last nite. i could see the poller hitting the console, but my listing was never updated, saying "never polled" and "unknown".

today, when i log in to check it, it tells me my account name is wrong. turns out i didnt have an account at all. (we cannot find that usename when i sent for lost pass).

so, i re-registered, and tried to add my shard, but cannot because that domain was already in list.
as my shard is already listed and connected to my account that is no longer in the system, i cannot delete it.
i did not see any way to add an existing shard to a new account.
how can i add my shard to this user?

The trouble was with a non-standard response string from your shard; a comma was missing. I've updated the poller to account for this possibility.
