Anyone else than me that is really bothered with shards having a online peak of 20 peps that have over a 100 votes ?

Make decent shards like mine fall waaaaay down in the bottom, if this is going to be allowed you might aswell post a ipchanger on the site.

I concur. We've got a list of over 60000 proxy ip's in the database that votes are not recorded from, but more are always popping up. We may start penalizing sites that we see doing this, but often it not the shard owners but the players that do the proxying.

I did just find a bug in the proxy prevention code and fixed it. The proxying problem should go down quite a bit from here out, but you're right on making assumptions about shards and their vote total which is why we've been hesitant to crack down on anyone.
