Shard Offline

I have updated my ip addy and my shard is still offline.Knights of The Round Table. Not sure what the problem is so if someone could look and see would be great. Thanks

Hi Derrick,
I'm having the same issue. My shard is up, but joinuo reports offline. My DNS server points uo.clutch.net to a dynamic address. Do I need any additional ports open?

I dunno.... I was able to connect fine from home. Make sure you haven't firewalled joinuo.com?
