Anyone know where there on scripts on these?
Specifically , I've heard that the combat animations (swings) speed would be dependent on the mobile's dexterity.

The combat engine is inside the EXE and not in the scripts.
I decompiled a portion of it and is available for review here : The relation between the server-side swing and the client-side animation I do not really know. As soon as I find out I'll post it. <Derrick> RunUO AI is kind of a functional prototype, which i have hacked into something resembling OSI behavior, but only by complitcating everything
