In skill scripts , there is a function that checks success.. But i couldn't that testSkill(user,skillnum) function yet.. Can you tell me where it is ?

It's in the executable itself at 0x004151CF. In order to understand it with ease assembler knowledge is required.

I will give you two screenshots of the parts I analysed so far.
