Installer and Source Update: Gm Commands: info, transfer

These are Utility Window commands in the God client; they are not yet available as text commands.
The source repository at http://svn.joinuo.com/svn/public/UO98/ has been updated with these changes, but does not include an additional script file which is attached.
To install the script, copy commandTransfer.uosl to UO98\rundir\scripts.uosl\
