It'd be great if someone who doesn't operate a freeshard could legitimately siphon the crap shards, with over proxy'd voter's to make it a LITTLE fair for the rest of us here.

We have a fairly extensive banned proxy list, however if you are aware of proxies that are getting through, send the Ip's. Often the high vote counts are a result of mass pm's I think, over which we have little control unfortunately.

The ability to sort by Online, or Peak can help some.

Any suggestions for giving newer shards more prominence are welcome.
