why does a shard have 2 listing?

nevar nevar's Profile	Posted: Fri Jan 16, 2009 5:36 am I was just curious why a shard is listed twice. Especially since they dont have but a couple players and a high vote count. seems they havent even had a high player count since sept. 08.
