Can't get joinuo to track players online and peak

So i am new to join uo we have been working on my shard for a few months now and i'm ready to release into beta testing i put it on join uo its the last shard on page 8 and it wont track clients on line and the highest peak it says status never polled could i get some help with this please?

What emulator (RunUO/POL/Sphere) are you using? If not RunUO you may need to install the UOGateway mod so that we can poll you.

I am running on runuo 2.0 and it keeps saying unknown i have tried everything :/

RunUO works by default, the code that allows for polling is in the RemoteAdmin module: Scripts\Engines\RemoteAdmin\
If this has been modified, or if you have banned the JoinUO IP, we won't be able to poll you. What is your shard name, or IP, or JoinUO shard number? |

I have not been banned before or any of that But i just refreshed my page and its working right now so whatever you did Helped me Thank you so much you are awesome

Oh neat. I didn't do anything yet but look. this could have just been the latency after bringing the shard up, or adding the shard to JoinUO; it can take 30-60 mins for it to initially get polled.
