But for some reason about 10 minutes ago it says we are offline, but I can assure we are online with over 200 players on.

I tried resetting the IP and port in my account, but still no luck.

For some reason or another the poller count't reach you when we polled, for some reason though your banner is not loading either. Please ensure that the joinuo.com IP has not been firewalled.
